The F1BB F1 World Championship have a long pedigree in virtual Formula 1 racing, having started already in 2005. We offer the full package for drivers who want to show their best against the best and can give you the full F1 experience as we keep our rules as true to real F1 racing possible.

We are unique in the sense that we have all F1 tracks working very well and with a very high quality for the entire season. We drive rFactor 2.

Unfortunately after a year without racing we have lost the bulk of drivers we used to have in the past. Therefore new drivers are very welcome to join and we encourage anyone who is interested in doing so. Spanish GP: Holm takes second win of the year

A sunny if cold day in Barcelona opened the European season. With a Caterham on pole it looked to be an exciting spectacle were top guns Locksey and Holm had to fight from behind. While Bohlin and Toro Rosso decidiong to withdraw from the race due to financial issues the stage was set for Locksey and Holm to score some vital points. But it was Mörtsjö who started in pole, a position he didn't claim since Imola 2005. And the swede got an excellent start and could open up a gap to Locksey and Holm immediately.

The duo eventually would catch Mörtsjö and on lap 3 it looked like Locksey could use his DRS on the main straight. But in a move, which a furious Locksey talked to Mörtsjö after the race about, the swedish driver seemingly unaware of the Ferrari pushed him off track and Locksey injuring his car had to limp back to the pits for his first stop and of course losing the race unless something would happen later on. Holm meanwhile could take advantage of the situation and sneak past. Holm had some issues though and while Locksey eventually came back and decreased the gap it looked like it could get interesting. But Holm had everything under command and he quite easily won in the end.

Fourth driver on track Ainis Noritis though had a tough race. Although showing decent pace his Caterham calledit quits on lap 12, seemingly from an electrical issue. Teammate Mörtsjö called it in on lap 36 with a bruised car. Holm wins the European opener ahead of Locksey. Now the circus moves to fabulous Monaco, how many will finish the race in the principality remains to be seen.

Bahrain GP: Locksey wins in the desert

It was an interesting race at Bahrain that took place infront of a disconcerned populace in the small emirate. Only 5 cars on track but the race would nonetheless provide som exciting racing and misfortunes. Holm took the start with Locksey close by, the brit eventually claimed the lead while Holm seemed to start to struggle with his tyres. Bohlin could quickly sneak up on the swede while Locksey increased his lead. The first set of stops started already on lap 12 with Holm replacing his worn out option compounds. Bohlin and Locksey kept on going while the Caterhams had a fight of their own with Noritis driving and exemplary race while Mörtsjö on the other hand struggled with grip and quickly destroyed his tyres. A big shunt on lap 14 ended the swedes hopes for points on the day.

Up ahead Locksey made his only stop on lap 25 and Bohlin took the lead. Locksey with new tyres caught the Toro Rosso driver and could eventually pass as well, with Bohlin seemingly having no problems with his tyres at all. With Locksey in the lead the only question was if the brit would enter again to the pits or if Bohlin could catch him on fresh rubbers when he eventually entered the pits on lap 35. Unfortunately Bohlin missed his pit entry and had to make a drive through in practice. He entered the pits a lap after but the race was lost. Meanwhile Holm had picked up his pace in a major way and quickly caught up with Bohlin. Holm seemingly much faster had no problems retaking second while Locksey cruised to the finish line. Noritis eventually finishing 4th after a brilliant race for him.

Now the circus moves to Europe, it will be interesting to see if the core fan base will give the few drivers support back home in Barcelona.

Chinese GP: Holm dominates affairs in China

Just three cars on track for the race in China, but it was the three dominant drivers of the past 8 years. Kris Locksey was in pole in his Ferrari, Peter Bohlin second in the Toro Rosso with Kristoffer Holm third in his Red Bull. Locksey took the start and managed to build a small gap to Bohlin who had Holm close behind. The Red Bull and Ferrari opting for hard tyres while Bohlin drove with softs. The swede eventually managed to overtake and closed in on Locksey who were the first one to enter the pits despite having his harder compound. Bohlin followed a few laps after and chanced on the mediums to only make 1 stop during the race.

A tactic Holm seemed to mimic, Holm entered the pits on lap 29 and was looking set to drive the race with just one stop. As tyres started to degrade even faster it looked uncertain, but while Locksey and Bohlin seemed to struggle, Holm flourished and took the chequered flag in style. Locksey were second while Bohlin had to settle for third. So for the first time ever the only drivers entering a race were the only ones on the podium, a fact Bohlin joked about after claiming it also could have been the first time no drivers ever would finish a race. The trio concluded though that even though all seem to agree they are the 3 fastest drivers in Formula 1, the circus sorely misses more cars on track especially after Mörtsjös Caterham were withdrawn after his car still suffering from his Thursday crash.

Chinese GP: Pole for Locksey as tyre rules change

It wasn't to be the most hectic qualifying ever, but it was exciting in the way that it was the first qualifying ever were the rule change to implement parc fermé rules for tyres used during the fastest run in Q3 had been put in use. It looked a bit uncertain during, especially Q3, were no one seemed to want to exit the pits first. But the drama commenced already during Q1 with a big crash for swede Mörtsjö in the Caterham. Mörtsjö lost control of his car after a quick excursion to the grass in well over 300kph on the long straight. The impact was massive and the session had to be red flagged due to safety reasons.

Q2 was nothing special and in Q3 the question really was which tyres the drivers would use. Bohlin exited the pits first with soft tyres while Noritis opted for medium and Locksey went even further with the hard compound. And that seemed to be the right choice as he claimed his first pole since Monaco 2010, a long time coming for the brit. Bohlin was 0.5 seconds behind while Noritis struggled with a difficult car, not wanting to use his DRS due to balance issues especially from the rear, nonetheless a good result for Caterham again and hopefully Mörtsjös car will be in good shape for the race.
