Korean GP: Kristoffer Holm on pole after impressive session
There was hardly any doubt over who was going to be on pole for the first ever Korean Grand Prix. Championship leader Kristoffer Holm dominated from Q1 to Q3 and was more than four tenths of a second faster than 2nd placed Kris Locksey who equaled his previous best qualifying position. Jonas Andersson went one step further and set a new personal best for the season by being 3rd fastest, he will share second row with Adrian Holm who was 4th despite some complaints about the track kerbing after FP1.
In third row we find Peter Bohlin in 5th who made his worst qualifying performance of the season and alongside him will Jörgen Ekroth line up thus making the first six poistions occupated by Red Bulls, Ferraris and Renaults. 7th place was taken by Kalle Palmre in the Hispania car ahead of Sten Teeorg who only did laps in Q1 before ending his qualifying. Anders Karlsson will start from 9th following a huge shunt in the pit entry during Q1.
